Focus

I specialise in changing business models and their impact on corporate strategy, with an emphasis on the technology, media and telecoms sectors. My main focus is on new media.

I also enjoy sharing my experience and insights into developments in these markets through publications and presentations. As a jury member, chair and expert I used my expertise in numerous competitions and calls for participation since 2004, including departure, ZIT, the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and the Vienna Business Agency.

Made-to-measure approaches

A combination of years of experience and creative, out-of-the-box ideas and solutions is the foundation for my customer relationships. Since consulting demands the courage and the desire to make changes, trust and mutual respect are essential.

My role is to analyse the strategic and operating conditions in the business, develop targeted strategies and measures, and to support their implementation, always in close cooperation with the client. As a business angel I also accompany the realisation of innovative ideas and concepts, and the execution of go-to-market strategies.

The keys to my consulting success include knowing which methods and tools to apply, keeping an eye on the bigger picture and overcoming obstacles to project management and implementation.
